🎁✨ It was all about chocolate for the team from Vimto for their Christmas get together. Chef took guests through learning to temper chocolate on the hob, so skills learnt are repeatable at home. EATMCR were back with us to review what we do. Here's what they had to say. We recently got ourselves back down to @foodsorcery and had such a fun time. This is a cookery school based in Deansgate Square & Didsbury, where they teach you loads of different skills and how to make different cuisines. We went to the sushi and gyoza making class, the class starts with the chef giving you a demonstration, then you head off to your bench to try it for yourself. One of my favourite things about these classes is they have all your ingredients perfectly measured out, and there’s no washing up. These classes are so much fun, and are perfect gifts for Christmas since there are so many different classes like a class for two so you can cook together - perfect for your next mate/date night.
