‼️ NEW CASE STUDY ALERT ‼️ We’re thrilled to share our recent CAT B coworking office fit out project at Ascend Co-working, The Pentagon Centre! This transformative project, commissioned by Medway Council, involved reimagining the top floor of the Pentagon Shopping Centre. What was once 14 separate retail units has now been seamlessly transformed into four dynamic coworking zones, each designed with flexibility, collaboration and sustainability in mind. This hub provides an inspiring base for SMEs, entrepreneurs, and freelancers. As well as housing Incubator space for high-tech businesses and an AI hub to nurture emerging technologies and attract leading talent to Medway. It has been a pleasure to work with the well organised client team including Medway Council, Black Cat Building Consultancy, LSI Architects and chapmanbdsp to deliver this state-of-the-art workspace designed for innovation, productivity, and growth. Giving Back to the Community! Last week, our team had the privilege of spending a day volunteering with the incredible staff and students at The Fifth Trust in the stunning Elham Valley near Canterbury. We rolled up our sleeves to help pack logs and assist with maintenance at their wonderful garden centre. The Fifth Trust provides essential support to adults with learning disabilities, offering day care services tailored to each individual's unique needs. Through a variety of educational, practical, and creative activities, they help around 170 students strengthen their life skills and build the confidence to make their own choices, both big and small. To fund their charity, The Fifth Trust also runs several amazing ventures, including a garden centre, a cosy café, a vineyard, and a log-selling business. These initiatives help support the vital services they provide to the community. At the end of our volunteering day, we were fortunate enough to try a tasting of their locally-produced wines from the vineyard—and we highly recommend them! It was an incredibly rewarding experience to see firsthand the positive impact The Fifth Trust has on the lives of so many. As part of our continued support of our local music scene, we are pleased to announce that we will once again be sponsoring The Riverside Rhythm Club for 2024-2025. The club is run by brothers Richard & Andy Davies who work tirelessly to provide the highest quality music from around the country and from across the globe in a great setting at The GlassBox Theatre, MidKent College, Medway Road, Gillingham ME7 1FN. At Form, we work hard to give back to the community that has supported us for over 20 years. This year is particularly relevant as we complete the Innovation Hub project in Chatham, which offers cutting edge workspace to new businesses, tech startups and an AI incubator facility attracting the brightest and most innovative people to our community. Alongside, regeneration and economic development, we recognise the need for artistic outlets and initiatives, and we have always gone out of our way to support and promote artistic endeavour.
