🙌 Ending the week with some Friday appreciation Massive thanks to Kia Wyckham for organising a Men's Mental Health workshop this week with Oliva, Uncommon Man and to Mark Briant for running the session (sorry for the accidental Ashley Cole pic, Mark). Often the discussion around Men's mental health, especially with some of the overwhelming statistics associated with the subject, is really challenging to facilitate in a work environment. Mark's session made talking about this openly together really accessible, without skirting around the heavy stuff. I would highly recommend this for any business out there.
