Francis Stuart was established in 2019 as a Professional HMO/Shared Housing Specialist Agent, but we have since incorporated small block management and residential management and residential lettings in 2021, along with Full Estate Agency services, to ensure our clients can receive their key services all in office, with all of these being markets we can provide expert advice ins. We pride ourselves on having second-to-none knowledge of property management and the many (many) regulations and laws Landlords need to adhere to in order to effectively and safely manage their properties. Our unusual structure means we are able give our clients their own Property Manager, who acts both as the Landlord and their Tenants main point of contact, to ensure services are cohesive and personal. This also ensures our Landlords are able to receive one-on-one support and guidance from their Property Manager. However, the Property Managers aren't on their own. Our business is run by 2 highly experienced investors specialising in Lettings, both of whom are at hand to our clients to provide technical support and guidance.
