If you're looking to grow your business it's a necessity to outsource your admin at some point. Why? Because you are not going to have time to handle all of the admin that goes with running your own business once you reach a certain level of growth. So, let's dive into some questions you might have. 1. How much will it cost? Alright, there is no set answer without a conversation first but from experience a sole trader might need their accounts keeping up to date for a couple of hours a week, so you're looking at around £50-£60 a week. If you run a small, busy business you might need someone to manage your financial and sales admin, perhaps create some proposals, costings, run off profit and loss, track project budget, make a few phone calls to customers to get some feedback, so let's say 15 hours per week, you're looking at about £450 a week. So it really depends on your business need. 2. How do I share access if you work remotely? We are set up with cloud based software, so that provided you give us access with usernames and passwords we can become a part of your team. You can set permissions how you see fit to enable us to do our job. 3. What if I only need a couple of hours a week and then need more? That's the beauty of outsourcing.
