Culture plays a significant role in the success of any business – big or small. Peter Drucker’s old adage is true: “Culture eats strategy for breakfast!” So when you are scaling your business and the team is growing, it is vital to get the culture right. But what is the right culture, how do you assess what you have and what you need and how does it need to evolve as you scale-up? In this NEW toolkit Amanda Stainton outlines the importance of using process to understand and define your company culture, how to utilise Organisation Culture Theory, and how to adopt the common attributes of organisations that have high-performance cultures. https://lnkd.in/efFzq8-P

How can YOU be sure that your DATA is safe? 👀 As your tech world expands and more systems talk to each other, your data ends up in more places. That’s fantastic news for your employee experience (hello, Winningtemp 🤝), but it means finding partners who meet international standards is a must. Yup, it can be a bit boring and perhaps hard to understand. But Abtin K.’s here to make it way easier for you (guiding you on exactly what to keep an eye on) 👇 #HRtech #datasecurity #ISOcertified #Winningtemp

We know, we know – we already shared our BIG news this week 🏆, but now that the celebration fizz has settled, we wanted to give you the inside scoop on what this #1 spot in BusinessCloud’s #InsurTech50 really means to us at Genasys. 🌟 Why it matters: For us, this isn’t just a title; it’s a nod to our mission – empowering insurers, MGAs, and brokers with adaptable tech that’s ready for today and built for tomorrow. From policy admin to claims and billing, Genasys is here to make insurance simpler, faster, and smarter. 🤓 How it was judged: The InsurTech 50 isn’t just any list. First, an expert panel of industry leaders reviewed all nominees, evaluating innovation, impact, and client value. Then, the shortlist went to a public vote, with the insurance community deciding the final ranks. So, this #1 spot feels extra special, knowing it was a genuine endorsement from our peers and clients alike! 🎉 Our journey to #1: After taking second place last year, we’re incredibly proud to be recognised as the industry leader. And as Andre Symes, our Group CEO, said: “This honour reflects the hard work and dedication of the Genasys team. This recognition confirms that we’re on the right path, and we’re excited to continue helping both our clients and the wider industry to push the boundaries of innovation.” Thanks to everyone – our team, our clients, our partners – who made this possible 🚀 For fuller details, please check out the link in the comments below 👇 #insurtech #insurance #innovation #insurancesoftware

  • In the world today there are a multitude of ways to assess your team’s performance, however there is one method that we recommend as the most useful because of its simplicity. This method is called The Assessment Grid. The grid allows you to measure a person’s overall performance across two dimensions: • Performance Outcomes • Attitude/Cultural Fit Download Frog's recently updated toolkit on Assessing Team Performance, co-authored by Amanda Stainton and Steven Dunne, for guidance through the process, including an editable template for you to use.
