⏪Rewind: 📆 5️⃣This time last year, I embarked on a 5-year plan to transition into the world of football recruitment full-time. ⚽️🔎While I had a strong foundation in scouting, I knew there were areas for improvement: 🎓Formal Education: I lacked a formal qualification in the field. 📊Data Visualization: Bringing insights to life through data was a weakness. 👾Coding: I had no experience or knowledge when it came to building programs to analyze player data or developing tools to identify player trends and strengths. ⏩Fast forward one year, and I'm thrilled to share the progress! 🎓⚽️I'm now one year into a degree in Coaching and Talent Development, gaining valuable knowledge and industry expertise at UCFB 📊Thanks to support from Sport Horizon UK, My data visualization skills are constantly improving, making me a more well-rounded analyst. 👾This week, I'm excited to start a Football specific coding course with FUTURE CODERS CLUB 🎢I'm incredibly motivated to keep learning and growing as my career development journey continues! #football #footballrecruitment #careerdevelopment #datavisualization #sporthorizon #coding #futurecodersclub #dontstandstill
