It was great to spend the day in Sittingbourne yesterday with The Federation of Independent Agents member Chris ellis and the team at Harrisons homes 🚀 What really stood out for me was just how powerful reservation agreements are to help reduce fall-through rates for estate agents, buyers, and, sellers🙏🏼 The FIA confirmed a new partnership last month with Bryan Mansell and I know there are several members already successfully working with Gazeal 💥 Based on data from TwentyEA there were just over 250,000 fall-throughs last year and this cost homemovers £838,000,000 and estate agents £674,000,000 in lost fees👀 You’re either a problem finder or a solution searcher🤷🏻♂️ The above is a quote I heard recently from Ian Macbeth that I hope I’ve got right and completely ripping off from him, sorry not sorry😉 Rather than complaining about things and making excuses, there are some bloody brilliant estate agents out there who have great levels of accountability and are trying their best to help be part of the solution rather than the problem💪🏼 Which camp are you in?👀
