What a recommendation for the GB Landlords all day event last week. One of the delegates thought it would be such a good event that he and his wife flew in from Spain for the day to attend the event! Not many property events can boast that level of attraction and support from Landlords! If you have not been to a GB Landlord event yet then it might be worth putting it on your to do list and discovering what others know! Watch out for details of next years event and make sure you book your place early!!

So it was the GB Landlords all day event on Thursday and a couple of hundred landlords and property professionals turned up for updates from an array of experts including little old ME! Tax is a dry topic but this photo taken while I was talking is proof that at least two people founds it slightly engaging. I'll take that! Anyway thanks to Bruce Haagensen, Robson Laidler Accountants, Sweeney Miller Law, Approved Mortgage Solutions and Coversure Newcastle and their respective teams who made it all happen! Love the event and can't wait for the next one!

Obviously I will be covering tax and it's a landlord event so landlord tax seems like a good topic. What specifically though is on your mind at the moment? Wow! We are two weeks away from our second annual all day event and have sold out already! 220 tickets. Gone! Thursday 26th September at Britannia Hotel is going to be buzzing! We are working hard to get more space on the day but would need some more trade stands to make it happen. Are landlords and developers your target audience? If so how would you like to spend a day with a couple of hundred of them? Reach out if you would! We really need some trades in the room if possible so tag any electricians, gas engineers, windows, roofers below!
