I am so proud to say that Hermitage Mews has been shortlisted for the AJ Architecture Awards - Housing Project (under £10M) 🥳🥳🥳 I am especially proud of this one because of just how hard our design and consultant team worked to deliver these homes to low operational energy and embodied carbon targets, while keeping a close eye on the pesky performance gap on site! From a holistic sustainability approach to in-house dynamic modelling, from iterative design and Sustainability Reports by Mesh Energy to timber-led super-structure by Curtins And for outstanding delivery of these homes by STA CONSULTANCY LIMITED that will ensure future occupants have a thriving quality of life! We aim to follow these homes over the next 5-years to see how they perform over time and record both subjective and objective data to test against design. Last week marked a first for us! 🙌 We Gbolade Design Studio | Architects opened our doors for the very first time to Open House!
