"I saw an elderly lady struggling to pull her suitcase through the underground, so I stepped in to help her onto the train. As she got on, the doors closed, leaving me behind with her suitcase. I was confused about what to do, so I asked the underground authorities. They told me there was nothing I could do and to leave the suitcase with them for if she comes to collect it later. The next day, management handed me a letter from the woman, thanking me for my kindness, along with a £20 note inside. It was such a rewarding moment." Friat Brhane | Door supervisor #onthefrontline

“When I was working at festivals, during my first shift—within the first five minutes—I used my instincts and managed to find cocaine hidden in a can of Coca-Cola. It felt great because it showed I’m good at searching!” Branimir | Door supervisor #onthefrontline
