⭐ How do you develop your team culture? ⭐️ On Friday, the team participated in our first monthly quiz: Who Wants To Be A Millionaire: GH Engage edition. I find that the best way to keep people learning, motivated and excited about the job is by giving the team something to look forward to! Recruitment is long hours, tons of rejection (sometimes heartbreak!) and dedication. Sometimes we may burn out, but ultimately in a good team culture, we all share the same objective: to be successful in our careers (whatever that means to you!) and get the best out of each other! To me this means being determined, driven, organised and (sometimes!) going the extra mile to be the best, and truly an expert in your field. But how do you become an expert? Learning your market!
