At #ghd, we celebrate and empower women. Last month, in honour of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth & #MenopauseAwarenessDay, many of our UKI employees took part in two insightful webinars. To mark #MenopauseAwarenessDay, our health insurance provider Vitality partnered with Peppy, a leading provider of menopause support, to host a virtual session dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding of menopause in the workplace. This was then followed with an educational session from our dedicated women's health partner Hertility, designed to help all employees recognise the various ups and downs someone may go through as part of their fertility journey, from testing to treatment and beyond, and addressing the impact this may have on mental health.
