Leila Kanamet from Gherson participated as an arbitrator in the 5th Istanbul Vis Pre-Moot, held on February 14–15.   The competition provided an excellent platform for teams to refine their arguments, receive valuable feedback and participate in dynamic arbitration rounds. The 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 featured a keynote speech by Leena Kujansuu-Tikkanen, FAI Board Member, representing the The Finland Arbitration Institute (FAI). In her address, "𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘈𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘙𝘶𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘔𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳," she highlighted the crucial role of arbitration rules in procedural strategy—not only in the 𝟯𝟮𝗻𝗱 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the 𝟮𝟮𝗻𝗱 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot but also in practice.
