🌉✨ Just wrapped up an incredible trip in San Francisco. I attended SOCAP Global’s annual conference where I had the opportunity to dive deep into the world of social impact with key groups and actors in the field. From impactful discussions on sustainable development, to strategies for scaling social enterprises, attending this event was definitely worth it. This trip was especially important as it was the first time I was representing Gia globally, and I was able to organise a multitude of meetings with key stakeholders, partners, and impact driven organisations. Through these meetings, I built new relationships, made some friends and gathered new ideas and secured leads for projects. I also managed to attend side events in SF throughout the trip - including with Brex and the AI User Group. Thank for everyone who took the time to meet me. Exciting announcement! For the last few months I have been building Gia, an impact-driven consultancy company. And, as of last week, the initial launch of Gia's website is live - gigiadvisory.com! Gia is a consulting firm focused on helping organisations turn their missions into measurable impact. Gia specialises in impact strategy, capital raising, project evaluations, and advocacy, ensuring clients secure funding, prove success, and create lasting change. With a tailored, hands-on approach, Gia partners with NGOs, startups, and corporations to amplify their influence and navigate complex challenges, helping them achieve meaningful results in the sectors that matter most. It is early days for Gia, but I am really looking forward to seeing where I can take it and I am even more excited on the projects I will be working on and people I will be collaborating with in the near future. Gia is a chance to focus on the things that really matter the most and gives the opportunity for collaborators to really achieve what they set out to - with the access to knowledge, resources and tools to do this.
