The award was for our Lumina Village deal in Trafford - securing two major funding agreements totalling £170million. Judges said they were “unanimous” in awarding us the accolade. 15 months in 60 seconds! We’re rounding off a super year at Whitehall Riverside in Leeds with this film showing the progress that’s been made over the past 15 months. When complete, this incredible city centre scheme will offer 500 build-to-rent apartments across two towers of 15 and 18 storeys, with commercial space on the ground floor. The project also includes over 15,000 sq ft of exceptional resident amenities on the ground and first floors, complemented by expansive terrace gardens overlooking the River Aire. As we head into the new year, we're delighted to be nominated in the 2025 North West Business Insider Residential Property Awards! Our project at Lumina in Old Trafford, developed in partnership with Moorfield and Clarion Housing Group, has been recognised for its impact on the local residential landscape. Located near the iconic Old Trafford cricket ground, Lumina will bring 639 new homes to the area, comprising both Build to Rent and affordable housing options. This nomination acknowledges two major funding agreements totalling £170 million. Moorfield’s £120 million investment will deliver 440 Build to Rent apartments and townhouses, while Clarion Housing Group’s commitment of £49.1 million will provide 199 affordable homes, offering shared ownership and social rent options across a variety of apartment types and townhouses. Last week, our colleague Sunil Johal took part in Fisher German’s roundtable event, Booming Birmingham: What Next for England’s Second City? Here are some stunning new images of Lumina Village in Trafford Park, captured in this week’s winter sunshine. Glenbrook is bringing this exciting development to life for Moorfield Group and Clarion Housing Association, alongside our partners Domis Construction and Caddick Construction. Once completed, Lumina Village will provide 639 new homes, including a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with three and four-bedroom townhouses. The development will also feature 5.4 acres of public realm, 5,300 sq ft of retail space, and 200 car parking spaces, creating a vibrant new community in the heart of Trafford, Greater Manchester.
