Gogeta's mission is help more people make the most of their payslips with salary sacrifice. Our innovative and easy to use salary sacrifice benefits are designed to be as simple as possible for employers to use. Because delivering great employee benefits shouldn't be hard. Gogeta Nursery can save employees thousands of pounds a year by letting them pay for nursery bills out of their gross salary, saving on tax and national insurance contributions.   • The Chancellor has been warned that the employer NIC and NMW changes in the Budget could result in yet more parents struggling to cover the cost of childcare or exiting the workforce entirely. This unintended consequence could be the result of (already financially struggling) nurseries being forced to pass on increased overhead costs to (already financially struggling) parents in the form of higher fees. There is a solution out there that saves parents money and financially benefits nurseries and it’s called the workplace nursery scheme. By salary sacrificing nursery fees parents save money and their employer makes a financial contribution to their chosen nursery, which is funded by the savings to NI contributions.   • Salary sacrificing nursery fees and facilitating partnerships between employers and the childcare settings on which their employees rely is a no brainer. Here's why: Today the Commons Public Accounts Committee admitted that the Government's expansion of funded 'free' hours would put the quality of childcare provision at risk due to “years of underfunding, ongoing cost pressures and a recruitment and retention crisis”. Yet Gogeta Nursery and the workplace nursery scheme actually benefits nurseries, who receive an additional £1200 funding per year per child whose parents use the scheme. The Government has proven time and again that they acknowledge the power of salary sacrifice to impact policy priorities (hello salary sacrificing your new electric Tesla.....). Why not childcare? After discussions with the parent, they agreed to spend the additional funding on refurbishing the staff room for their hardworking team members.
