Moving to London at 19, he has spent over two decades honing his craft at some of the world’s most prestigious establishments.🇮🇹🇧🇷 Richard’s culinary foundation was solidified with a degree in International Culinary Arts from the University of West London, complemented by a Master’s Degree in International Hotel Management from Les Roches in 2024.📚 His career began at the Conran Group’s ZINC Bar & Grill, followed by roles at Corbin & King’s renowned restaurants, The Wolseley and St Alban.
