Earlier this week, Grantham College's first-year catering students and staff hosted a Healthy Eating event at South Kesteven District Council SKDC as part of SKDC's Jan-YOU-ary campaign, promoting physical health and activity. They prepared healthy snacks like minestrone soup, lemon & poppy seed cake, and savoury flapjacks, and shared ideas with SKDC employees on preparing nutritious meals at home.
