GWP are URGENTLY looking to recruit an Interim Transformation Lead to spearhead all transformation activities across a small cluster of PFI contracts from the education sector. The role is accountable for client and SPV relationships, ensuring delivery of the transformation program, change management, and closure plans. You will inspire the senior leadership team to drive business performance and strategic change, partnering with local operational managers for day-to-day contract delivery alongside transformation program and closure plans. The role will be Hybrid in nature, albeit client facing activities and site visits will be in London. This is likely to be a 9–12-month assignment, paying c£800 per day, inside IR35, and is set to start in the coming weeks.
