Having taken some top tips from Penny Moyses, Tinique Hay {Your Go-To Event Planner} and Melissa Tyler at the Conference News Global Event Tech Summit, thought I'd bite the bullet and do a little 'onsite' video... it's not polished, but it exists 😂 Today I was lucky enough to visit Agriconnect's CropTec event at NAEC Stoneleigh. The team are using Grip's event app for their top-class conference agenda, and connecting exhibitors with visitors. I do love going to events that are outside of my normal sphere of interests; it's fascinating to see how events are alike/different across industries. Another really enjoyable and informative UFI, The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry event in Cologne last week with Tim Groot representing Grip. The sessions and workshops were fantastic! The number of people from inside the exhibition industry providing practical advice and sharing success stories with great transparency was incredibly refreshing! That, combined with speakers from outside of the industry giving their perspectives from a more macroeconomic and geopolitical standpoint set the event content apart from most.
