We enjoyed a little bit of a celebration this morning, with everyone joining in an employee recognition session. Poppy Horspole was announced as the winner of the final 2024 Quarterly Recognition Award, picking up her certificate and trophy from Managing Director Ian Peace. Poppy then took her place alongside the first three 2024 winners, Chelsea Constantine, Allison Mouzon and Gabby Nasr, who were all presented with champagne (or beer) as an additional award for their achievements. Following this came the announcement of the 2024 Fidelis Legal Services Employee of the Year. The directors had thought long and hard on the eventual winner, taking suggestions from all the team supervisors. The worthy recipient of the annual award was Chelsea Constantine, winning a trophy and £500 of vouchers. Congratulations Chelsea! Of course, it’s important that all employees get the recognition they deserve, and this was no exception. For the past few weeks team members have been involved in a large-scale game of ‘Snakes & Ladders’ with opportunities to win bronze, silver, gold, and platinum prizes. These were distributed as part of the session with prizes ranging from Easter Eggs to Ninja Air Fryers. Our employees put in a lot of hard work and effort, and we believe that they deserve this kind of recognition as an acknowledgement of jobs well done.
