🚀 Supporting Local Youth Employment through Data-Driven Insights 📊 At Inspiring Futures, we're dedicated to empowering young people (YP) by providing detailed analysis of local labour markets to support the work of CFF grantees. Through our research partner IPSOS, we’re pleased to share snippets of our latest efforts: 🔍 Key Characteristics of Local Labour Markets We dive deep into data to understand the education and employment outcomes for young people in Leeds & Bradford regions, helping us tailor solutions to the unique challenges and opportunities of each local market. 💡 Identifying Opportunities and Challenges By assessing the scale of need and local conditions, we provide critical insights that enable Youth Futures Foundation (YFF) and local grantees to make informed decisions on where and how to focus their efforts. 🌍 Understanding the Wider Context Our analysis also ensures that grantees are supported with relevant data as they move through the discovery and options appraisal stages of the CFF programme, positioning them for success. Together, we can create lasting change by addressing the specific needs of young people in local communities. Let’s continue building a future where youth employment and education outcomes are better than ever! #YouthEmployment #labourmarket #DataDriven #InspiringFutures #empowerment #CommunityImpactt

Great to have Tom J. visit Hamara Healthy Living Centre this afternoon. Tom owns a number of McDonalds franchises in Leeds, and is an exceptional leader and business owners who is always trying to find ways to work with the communities he operates in. The team talked on community engagement within his branches, and also discussed how through our Insipring Futures Programme, we could work together to give meaningful career opportunities to Young People from ethnic backgrounds and also how we can support his company through our tailored Employer offer and Cultural Competency training. He already is supporting our youth football team and continues to be a great partner in the work we do within Leeds. Here’s to collaboration! 🚀 Tom J. Raheem Mohammad Armghan Sajid

What an inspiring year of growth and impact for Hamara Healthy Living Centre! 🎉 The 2024 milestones are a testament to the resilience and dedication of the team. From tackling unemployment through the Inspiring Futures Programme to expanding services that now support over 100,000 individuals, its eye-opening. The rebrand is especially exciting- reflecting innovative spirit and forward-thinking vision. The fundraising success for the new sports hall and recognition on a national stage highlight how far Hamara’s impact has reached. The focus on mental health and creating inclusive networks to serve diverse communities is commendable. Initiatives like these pave the way for sustainable change and inspire others to follow suit. An incredible 30 years of service to the community, here’s to another year of making a difference in 2025! 🚀 #CommunityImpact #Resilience #Innovation #HamaraHealthyLivingCentre
Here’s to 2024! 🚀 A year of challenges, uncertainty and instability. I’ve always had a passion to solve problems and I’ve built my career on being able to do this well. I’ve seen the charity sector on it knees for decades and my resentment towards the way we operate (grant-to-grant) has made me look in to the way Hamara Healthy Living Centre is seen and runs. To be transparent, we have also experienced numerous ‘dips’ this year, but the ups have exceeded this by far and this is solely down to the people around us, our staffing team, board of trustees, volunteers, friends, colleagues and partners. One of the strongest and most powerful methods to see through difficult ‘seasons’ is to ensure you enjoy and celebrate the wins. Hamara Healthy Living Centre has had many celebration worthy moments this year, and here’s a few of them: 🚀A complete rebrand - We wanted to change the way we looked. Our new logo reflects the innovative, professional and forward thinking organisation that we are. You will see an introduction of this being expanded on in the new year…👀 🚀Expansion of services - Almost all of our services have grown this year and we are now supporting more people than ever before. Through all of our networks, provisions and partnerships we support over 100,000 inderviduals from all different walks of life. 🚀We launched our new mental health strand. We are currently delivering 2 programmes that cover the city including a provision in the City Centre. 🚀Networks - We have developed networks that reflect the diverse communities that we serve, and through them we have worked with Health and Public sector colleagues to deliver vital programmes. 🚀Launch of a regional consortium to tackle unemployment numbers in Leeds & Bradford. This will deliver 16 youth provisions each week. 🚀Organisation profile - National recognition for the work we do. The team have been asked on many occasions to speak on the work we do in conjunction with other sectors. 🚀Awards & Recognition - Our projects, staffing team and organisation have won numerous awards this year for the work we do in tackling health inequalities, this includes The The King's Fund GSK Award. 🚀Inspiring Futures Programme - We secured £1.7m from a national funder, Youth Futures Foundation to tackle unemployment levels within the Pakistani and Bangladeshi Communities. 🚀The Cities biggest events - We delivered 3 huge events this year in conjunction with some great colleagues and partners . One of them being the biggest community Iftar in the city with Leeds United Foundation. 🚀Fundraised £3.2m for our new Sports hall development. 🚀Staffing team increased to just under 50 employees 🚀Given out more grants this year to other organizations. We ended the year with an awards dinner to celebrate 30 years of Hamara. A milestone we were proud to share with our friends and colleagues. Here’s to 2025, another year of challenges 🚀
