If the answer to these questions is yes then check out these opportunities at Citizens Advice Haringey. JOB DESCRIPTIONS AVAILABLE AT https://lnkd.in/dkmgYHU Following an organisational restructure, we are looking for two exceptional candidates to take forward our advice services as we support the local community in responding to the challenges of the cost of living crisis, rising inflation and soaring energy bills. One role will have responsibility for the initial contact local people have with Citizens Advice Haringey across telephone, virtual and face-to-face channels. The other role will manage a team of experienced caseworkers who provide specialist and ongoing advice to residents as part of our Haringey Advice Partnership. Both positions will take the lead on the quality of services offered, building and managing teams of staff and volunteers and ensuring our services are responsive to the needs of the local community. Both roles will be part of our leadership team responsible for setting the strategic direction of a thriving and growing local Citizens Advice. Ideal candidates will have a background in delivering advice services, great communication skills, experience of building and supporting high-performing teams and most of all up for the challenge of building a relevant and sustainable organisation that supports some of the borough's most vulnerable residents. If this is you, then please apply! Both posts are full time, and hybrid working is available. Application is by CV and cover letter (no more than 2 sides) explaining why you are suitable for the role. Please indicate which position you wish to be considered for. For an informal chat, please contact daniel.blake@citizensadviceharingey.org.uk. Applications should be sent to daniel.blake@citizensadviceharingey.org.uk by 5pm on Tuesday 22nd November 2022.
