Having worked closely with Royal Mail over the years I am personally very excited to see the rollout of Royal Mail parcel lockers across the UK over the next few months. Royal Mail clearly recognises the significance of offering its customers convenience, which is evident through giving 24/7 access to parcel collection/returns - via the parcel lockers. I know as a consumer that convenience plays a very important role to me, especially at this busy time of year. Its good to see, in such competitive space, that Royal Mail are showing their commitment to make it even easier for customers to send and receive parcels.
