We are thankful and incredibly proud of our small but mighty team at Headway Lincolnshire. Below we share some of our achievements from 2024. 🎉 A successful Charity Ball raising thousands of pounds for the charity. 🎉 We were awarded Charity Of the Year in the Lincolnshire Business Awards. 🎉 We arranged and hosted a successful National Brain Injury Conference for nearly 300 people from across the UK. 🎉 We applied for and received substantial funding from Shine Lincolnshire, the BNA and The Postcode Lottery Fund. 🎉 We have grown our volunteer team enabling us to deliver more services and support across the County. 🎉 We have increased our funded Counselling support for brain injury survivors and their families. 🎉 Our Coordinator and Development Officer Ann-Marie Smith was a finalist in the Headway Awards for 'Going the Extra Mile'. 🎉 We have been succesful in being awarded the biggest grant that the charity has ever had with thanks to The National Lottery Fund and its players.
