To help us understand Britain’s breakfast habits, we teamed up with YouGov to find out just how many of us actually make time for a proper breakfast. And, well…the results were eye-opening! • 16% of Brits said they skip breakfast due to lack of time. • 13% are too busy in the mornings to eat. • Nearly half of those surveyed spend no more than five minutes preparing breakfast. • Only 30% believe a full English truly sets them up for the day. Last week we held our Christmas Community Lunch at HECK! HQ. It’s an opportunity for us to give something back to the community in our area and it’s always a pleasure to chat with everyone. We served up a Christmas dinner - complete with pigs in blankets of course - followed by Christmas Pud and Chocolate Roulade all washed done with a baileys and a brew! We even put some new dates in the diary for the community bus in the New Year too 🚐
