We were established more than 20 years ago and took the next step in our evolution by joining Hines, by way of acquisition, in September 2021 with completion in February 2022. Founded in 1957, Hines is a family owned business, and crucially a like-minded partner, who we have worked with successfully for over 10 years. Like us, they are service orientated and dedicated to their customers with a focus on delivering exceptional spaces and places, with a transparent and personable culture based on long-term relationships.   • Sky-high standards: Property Management meets the art of falconry. 🦅 Our recent Falconer Specialist Show-and-Tell at 20 Old Bailey invited a 14-year-old Hawk named Honey and her handler to entertain and educate occupiers about our 'building hawking services'. From February to August, Honey visits bi-weekly to deter nuisance birds from nesting or causing damage to the building’s roof and solar panels. The event was a soaring success and a lot of fun! That means working with best-in-class technology providers where we feel they add value to the operation or comfort of the buildings we manage. Our partnership with Demand Logic has enabled us to uncover previously invisible operational insights and optimise the performance of a number of office buildings, which has resulted in some significant financial and energy savings. We continue to work closely with the Demand Logic team to push the boundaries.
