Deal Of The Month - a deal that has never been done before (by anyone in the room) Last night, I presented the "Deal of the Month" at the Scottish Property Podcast event in Dundee 6 Properties 🏠 6 Sellers 🤝 6 Estate Agents 👩💼 1 Completion day 📝 It was fantastic to be able to showcase the amazing work we're doing at Henkel Property & Projects & Henkel Investments Ltd. No one in the room attempted or heard of anyone who has successfully purchased 6 properties from 6 sellers and 6 estate agents on the same day before! It was even a first for Fraser Tait at W & AS Bruce. It involved a great deal of project management & communication as this was not straightforward in any way with plenty of bumps in the road. Work hard, play hard 💪 Miss Henkel was putting in a shift yesterday. We started out with flat viewings and meeting the electricians in the morning, followed by designing a new kitchen at Magnet . She was then treated with a corporate 3-course lunch at Burger King to get the energy for part two - wallpaper stripping 👷♀️ Thanks to David at Strathmore Plumbing & Heating, I had to pay her £5 for the day instead of the £1 + a baby chino and sweets she originally demanded. #dundeebusinesses #dundeeproperty #propertyrenovation
