HETAS CEO Bruce Allen: Working together for cleaner, safer wood burning 🌍 Bruce Allen, CEO of HETAS, stresses the importance of collaboration to minimise emissions and promote responsible wood burning. With 15% of UK households off the grid, banning domestic burning is not an option. Instead, the focus should be on ongoing research, education, and the use of high-quality fuels and modern stoves. The data shows that domestic burning is decreasing its emissions, and by upgrading to eco-friendly stoves and using dry, certified fuel, we can continue to improve air quality.
