Today I spent a very self-indulgent hour being coached by Saskia Hart after picking up her generous Exec Coaching offer on Hexitime . We're at a critical time right now in the business and it's easy to get over-focussed on the daily tasks queuing up, so I asked Saskia for a fresh pair of eyes and some private challenge to help with my bigger picture thinking.
