Last week, we gathered 32 top HiBob Channel Partners (HR consultants, advisors, and implementers) across EMEA and the US for two inspiring days at the stunning Beaverbrook Estate. This was more than just an event—it was a milestone for collaboration, innovation, and building our shared future. We shared our vision and plans for 2025, explored joint business development opportunities for the coming year, and heard from HiBob leaders, Ronni Zehavi, Sarah Reynolds, and Ido Ofzer. Our impactful sessions left everyone energized and aligned in driving even greater partnership success next year. The engagement and enthusiasm from our partners were unparalleled!     What happens when you combine a skills shortage with declining productivity in Australia? You get a critical call for action: more training and upskilling in the workplace. The catch? Many organizations are falling short in stepping up to the challenge. In September 2024, we partnered with RMIT Online to uncover the state of upskilling opportunities available to Australians.
