🚀 Excited to Announce Our Workshop at the Business Analysis Conference Europe, 16 - 18 September 2024! 🚀 Workshop: Mastering Target Operating Models: The Business Analysts Guide 🎤 Presented by: Caroline Beasley, Senior Consultant - Business Analysis Lead, The Holley Holland Group Delivering successful change, where your end users feel true value, is often underpinned by investing time in defining ‘how’ the change will operate through the definition of a target operating model (TOM). As Business Analysts, we are often called upon to support TOM initiatives, but we may not always feel fully equipped. In this informative and collaborative workshop, Caroline will share how we, as Business Analysts, can use our skills to identify the key operating model components that inform a TOM blueprint and delivery plan. In the workshop you will: 🔹 Learn what a target operating model is 🔹 Understand the BA tools that can be used to help define a target operating model 🔹 Gain hands-on experience in defining your own ‘TOM blueprint’ for a business use case (working in a group) 🔹 Build out the TOM blueprint into a TOM delivery plan 🔹 Gain insight into the challenges you may face working with operating models Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your skills in defining and delivering effective target operating models. Looking forward to seeing you there! • I have often been asked what is it that I do, my response: “I implement ERP Systems.” usually triggers the follow up question, “what’s that then?”, says Kunwar Ahuja, Sr Project Manager at Holley Holland.   As businesses become more evolved, complex, and fast paced, so does their reliance on robust systems which streamline, improve efficiency and support growth. ERP systems become the processes and tools that underpin these improvements.    A misconception is to consider this to be a form of software implementation, and whilst software implementation is usually involved, the fundamentals of a successful implementation are often much more than this. ERP implementations are strategic transformation programmes requiring complex planning, effective change management and stakeholder engagement to maximise and streamline all operations which ultimately deliver benefits across an organisation.    The key components of ERP systems are:    Efficiencies – implementing new processes and procedures to streamline operations, maximising output.    Data integration (and migration) – ensuring existing data is accessible by removing barriers between systems allowing information to flow freely between divisions to improve decision making and collaboration.     Improved visibility – effective reporting tools integrated into the software systems which deliver insight into the business and its performance as well as clear risk controls to ensure regulatory compliance.    Scalability in line with an organisation’s growth plan – as an organisation grows, ERP systems need to grow with them. Effective implementations consider the type of system required by the organisation as well as its ability to expand, flex and extend in line with business strategy.    Improved customer experience – through operational efficiency, ERP systems enable the delivery of enhanced products and services utilising economies of scale through greater visibility of supplier and customer services delivering satisfaction and building loyalty to the organisation.    At Holley Holland we offer the ability to deliver effective ERP solutions to drive transformational change with digitised and enhanced systems to suit your organisation. Our experienced team members have worked with large global enterprises as well as small start-up businesses, we can guide you step by step, to implement effective ERP systems. Please contact Steven Whaley for more information on how we are supporting our clients with ERP driven projects. #erp #processimprovement #digitisation #customerexperience
