We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Inglis as our new Brand and Marketing Director at Holyrood Distillery. Jill Inglis brings over 20 years of experience in the spirits industry, joining us from Gordon & MacPhail, where she served as Senior Brand Manager. In her new role, Jill Inglis will oversee the strategic planning and development of Holyrood’s product portfolio and overall brand direction. On joining the team at Holyrood, Jill Inglis said, "I am thrilled to join the team at Holyrood at such an exciting time. We're excited to share that Holyrood Distillery whiskies will begin exporting to the US with Sacks Dynamic Operations LLC - a Florida-based importer. Sacks Dynamic Operations LLC will be the exclusive importer of our whiskies in the US. This partnership aligns our innovative approach to whisky with Sacks Dynamic Operations LLC's initiative to "seek out whisky industry pioneers". Our Sales Director, Giancarlo Bianchi, spoke about the new agreement with Sacks Dynamic Operations LLC, “At Holyrood Distillery we have been on a journey since our inception to break the mould of contemporary and conventional single malt scotch whisky production by developing a wide variety of malted barley spirits for wood maturation. Sacks Dynamic Operations LLC is the ideal import and distribution partner for Holyrood Distillery in the USA as they understand our goal of reaching new flavour destinations in a spirit category which might mistakenly be thought to be stagnant and bereft of innovation.”

Discover how Holyrood Distillery’s Ian Clement’s passion for craft, innovation, and consumer engagement is shaping the future of Scotch whisky. "My first proper introduction to Scotch whisky was as a visitor assistant at The Scotch Whisky Experience in Edinburgh, where I was also a tour guide with access to a plethora of information about the whisky industry and the production process. Later on, I went on to work as a bar manager at the in-house McIntyre Gallery Bar.
