The wrap from our last team day of 2024 has landed - along with some HORDE Developments! 👀 We chatted about where we're currently at, where we're going, who drew who in Secret Santa, and might have done some 'personality assassinations' (okay, joking). 📦 Expanding capacity in Chinley 📦 We want to share the latest onsite progress from our team, who are managing a 5,000ft² warehouse extension in the Peak District. This project also includes significant upgrades to the below-ground drainage system to alleviate flooding issues on the estate. Once complete, the extension will provide the client with additional storage capacity required to grow their premium packaging supply inventory. Works began in July 2024, with completion scheduled for Jan 2025. As Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Employer’s Agent, we’re ensuring the expansion complements the existing site while tackling its unique challenges. #HORDEProjects #PeakDistrict

Stats for the last 8 working days: - 7 site visits. - 3 projects in negotiations. Really like one of them, which is a commercial conversion to 18 flats. - 2 projects are in legals, totaling over £10m GDV. - 34 meetings, which included investor meetings. We are always keen to work with those that follow our beliefs and goals. - 1 The Developers Club meeting . Always great to catch-up with Edward Freeman, Daryl Rugless, Tex Jones, MSc, and James Cross. - averaged 7,000 steps a day. Which beats the usual work from home stats… - halfway through one 27 hr flight 🤦🏻. Great to catch-up with those that I did, specially thanks to the below for all their help with projects recently. What a day! We had a couple of site visits. We had an Offer accepted on a £9m GDV site. Which we are delighted about! And we had a very exciting strategy meeting with HORDE Ltd and Trident Property Construction . A stunning walled garden and Victorian greenhouse is the standout feature from my inspection today with HORDE Ltd.
