But gradually debt engulfed her. As she struggled to pay back her loans and fell behind on her council tax payments. As the year draws to a close we're reflecting on all we've achieved in 2024. Thanks to our amazing supporters we've been able to help thousands of hospitality people in crisis whether through our financial grants, our Employee Assistance Programme, or calls to our helpline. We had a fantastic time with Arena the hospitality networking association on Monday celebrating the festive season at The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park.
