[NEWS] Host & Stay makes fifth UK acquisition of 2024 Teeside-based short-term rental management company Host & Stay has purchased Peak Staycations and Peak Cottage Management – marking its fifth acquisition of 2024. 🌍 The deal adds 46 Peak District properties to Host & Stay’s growing portfolio of over 1,500 homes. CEO Dale Smith said the move strengthens their presence in the thriving market, enhancing revenue for property owners and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Backed by a £10.5 million investment, Host & Stay is rapidly expanding, having also acquired Guest Homes, Hartland Property Management, and Norfolk Holiday Properties earlier this year.
