HR Director | Permanent | Flexible UK Location We’re searching for an HR Director to join the Marine Sector of Babcock, in a newly created role that covers both the UK and international growth. The Marine Sector HRD is a member of the Sector Leadership Team and also the People Leadership Team. Reporting to the CPO you will partner with the newly appointed Marine Sector CEO. As HRD you will play a key role in the leadership of the Marine Sector and you will also drive the leadership of the Group-wide People function, contributing to the development and execution of the People Strategy and collaborating across the functional team. The ideal candidate will have experience of changing a culture to one where people are the focus of the business, with the confidence and skill set to serve as a coach for the senior leaders and with a strong bias to ongoing leadership development. They will have experience of working as part of a leadership team at senior level coupled with the effective management of HR teams, driving change through the organisation.
