Today the IBC team is at the BMN Awards #bmawards24 ceremony in London, where the whole merchant industry is coming together to celebrate success, best practice and excellence in merchanting. The awards winners are chosen by a panel of independent judges, and we were thrilled that Paul Read, our Commercial Director, was asked to be a Judge this year. What’s better than one icebreaker game on a team strategy day? Two, that’s what! After all the work was done, the IBC team came together for a mini poker game, where certain team members’ card skills really came to light!   A big thank you to the entire IBC team for bringing your A-game, skills and experience to the strategy day – we’re heading into 2025 with some fantastic initiatives and plans for the future, which we can’t wait to share with our members and suppliers.    And thank you also to Ibstock Plc for kindly hosting us all at your offices.
