What a amazing day we had today visiting our Residential and Supported Living Services and across the West Midlands. To see so many of the individuals we support happy in their homes, relaxed enjoying their day with their Support Staff made us very proud of what we achieve. Our very own COO Jenny Payne came on the visits and facilitated open conversations with the Teams which always contributes to our culture at iBC, we value employee's feedback and use this to ensure they have what they need to deliver the best possible care and support to the individuals we are lucky enough to support. We got to spend time with our leadership team who may have received some sugary treats and recognised the work and effort they put in every day.
