This year has been monumental for IPCOM. So far this year, 7 companies became part of our business unit ISOPARTNER, 2 joined our High Temperature division INSULCON and we started in a new segment (with RSL). All these transactions have helped IPCOM to further strengthen its position as Europe’s leading distributor and converter of Technical Insulation. Fitting perfectly in our mission to be the preferred partner for our customers and suppliers. It was certainly a HUGE TEAM EFFORT. Especially since these 10 companies are based in 7 different countries. Almost always, we get in contact with the owners through our own senior managers. All of whom have a very strong network in our industry. People like: Patrick RBA Noppen, Steven Renney, Gert Jan De Koning, Ignacio Aspe Pareja-Obregón, Paudie Gillen, Botond Kőrösi and many more. Then “Team Melle” takes over, coordinated by Giulio Bruttini, Kristof Vermeulen and Luc De Busscher. With our marketing “A-Team” arranging all communications. On top of that, we have the full support from Astorg. A fantastic partner for us, with Benjamin Cordonnier, Nicolas Marien and Adrien Celdran as our key contacts. A BIG THANKS to all people involved! 𝗡𝗼 𝗔𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀!🧥 A huge congratulations to Steven Renney, Managing Director of 𝗜𝗕𝗦𝗟 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽, and Brett Sylph, UK Sales Director at MW INSULATION LTD, who braved the cold on the 7th of November at Sunderland A.F.C., joining CEO Sleepout UK 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁, to raise awareness and funds for homelessness and poverty. We’re immensely proud of 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘁 for rolling out their sleeping bags and taking part in the Sleepout challenge, to highlight the struggles faced by those experiencing homelessness and poverty. Despite being experts in manufacturing top-quality Phenolic Pipe Insulation, even they couldn’t insulate themselves fully against the challenges of a night on the stands! This experience serves as a stark reminder that, no matter the circumstances, there should be no discrimination when it comes to homelessness and poverty. IPCOM acquires J.S. MILLER DISTRIBUTION LIMITED   J.S. Miller, based near Leeds, has been operating since 1899 and incorporated since 1999 as a distributor of technical insulation products and employs 19 people. They have a very experienced team that can meet the most demanding requirements for specialist insulation products and accessories.   “J.S. Miller is an excellent distributor of technical insulation, with vast know-how and a passion for customer service. Dewi, Martyn and their team will continue to drive the business forward, with our support. This makes J.S. Miller a perfect addition to our ISOPARTNER business unit. Combining the strengths of J.S. IPCOM acquires Specialist Insulation Supplies Ltd   SIS, based North-East of London (UK), has been operating since 1962 as a distributor of technical insulation products and employs 11 people. They are well known for their first class service and advice, especially for the supply of insulation for pipework and ductwork.   "SIS represents a perfect strategic fit with IPCOM’s core business, our business unit called ISOPARTNER. This transaction underlines our ambition to continue our expansion strategy, also in the United Kingdom. IPCOM expands its footprint in northwestern Spain with the acquisition of GAISVEN. Gaisven, established 25 years ago and headquartered in Coruña, Spain, operates via three distribution centers — two in Coruña and one in Gijon. The company primarily serves heating, air conditioning, and insulation contractors in both the residential and non-residential markets. "We are delighted to welcome Gaisven to the IPCOM Group. IPCOM acquires a majority stake in IBSL Group Ltd. IBSL, based near Newcastle (UK), has been operating since 1989 as a provider of highperformance insulation products. The wider IBSL Group also consists of MW INSULATION LTD, based in Manchester (UK). The group employs 46 people. They have extensive knowledge in the area of industrial and building insulation. Their specialty is the specification, manufacturing, and supply of several materials, such as Cellular Glass, Calcium Silicate, Phenolic, PIR and Mineral Wools. These products and services are utilized in various industries. Their in-house conversion capabilities, combined with the expertise of a technical design team, allow them to supply a comprehensive range of CE-marked insulation products with fast lead times. "IBSL represents an excellent strategic fit with IPCOM's core business and it’s European expansion strategy. Working together with Steven Renney and his team is a great way for us to enter this segment of the UK market.
