    We’re thrilled to share that, thanks to the combined efforts of UK Facilities Manager, Clint Ricketts, our South Africa Finance Manager, Simon Cleworth, and our South Africa Charity Committee, we have donated nearly 1,000kg of footballs kit and training equipment to underprivileged football clubs in Cape Town.

      Giving back to our community is at the heart of what we do at Imagine Cruising, and we're always seeking new ways to make a difference both locally and globally.   I'm incredibly proud to share that, thanks to the dedicated efforts of our UK Facilities Manager, Clint Ricketts, our South Africa Finance Manager, Simon Cleworth, the South Africa Charity Committee, and our outreach to the Wiltshire community, we have donated nearly 1,000kg of football kits and training equipment to underprivileged football clubs in Cape Town.   These teams can now show up to matches in professional kits and boots from clubs including Swindon Town FC, Swindon Supermarine FC, Devizes Town, Robins FC, Draycott Football Academy, Marlborough Youth FC, HS Sports, Wiltshire Football Academy, and AFC Haydon Vale.   The donation, which includes balls, cones, first-aid kits, and slalom poles, will significantly impact the lives of local youth by providing access to proper equipment and matching kits, enabling them to participate more fully in local tournaments.   It’s a joy to see how even small contributions can open doors for the next generation and create lasting opportunities.

    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a highly visible and dynamic Head of FP&A to drive our financial strategy and contribute to our company’s overall success. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our finance management team, collaborating closely with the Group Financial Controller and supporting the CFO, CEO, Group MD, and the Executive Team. You’ll take charge of essential FP&A functions, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our various regions and the group as a whole. Key Responsibilities: - Own financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, including owning business and revenue model - Build trusted relationships with senior team and functional leadership - Articulate financial forecasts and analysis to senior team - Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team - Optimise monthly, quarterly, & annual forecasting processes and partnering with the core finance team with the preparation of variance reporting - Work with the accounting and IT teams to evolve systems and processes to ensure accurate, detailed financial reporting - Own the Company financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), including forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning - Generate P&L insights for management, both top-line and expense related; expand upon areas of opportunity with follow-up analyses and recommendations. The ideal candidate will: - Have experience managing and developing a team - Be a self-starter and detail oriented - Be a strong communicator with the ability to adapt to varying audiences - Be highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills - Have extensive modeling experience – an expert in Excel - Have 5+ years FP&A experience - Holding a MBA strongly preferred. We are seeking an experienced Finance Admin Clerk to join our fast-paced, innovative team. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and on time, contributing to the smooth operation of the business. You’ll handle the resolution of discrepancies in supplier statements by coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers. Your strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines will help resolve issues quickly, preventing costly delays and ensuring a positive customer experience. Typical responsibilities include: - To be responsible for the allocated supplier statement queries and work to a daily KPI target. - To track queries and work with manager to resolve by proactively proposing resolutions, working to independently resolve where possible. - Having an in depth understanding of iTour to resolve costing queries and unpick costing discrepancies. - Understand and maintain P&Ls to ensure losses are kept to a minimum within the business.
