In her role as Global Procurement Manager, Krisztina is leading efforts to reduce substances of concern in our products, including an initiative to re-engineer products, enabling them to rely less on lead. We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Luke Grant as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director of the IMI plc Board, effective from 25 July 2025. Luke will be succeeding Daniel Shook, who announced in the summer that he would be stepping down for family reasons after a decade of dedicated service. Luke has been an integral part of IMI for 11 years, currently serving as Vice President of Finance for the Industrial Automation sector. His extensive experience, including roles as Group Financial Controller and Head of Investor Relations, as well as senior finance positions across the Group, makes him an outstanding successor. At IMI, we are committed to nurturing talent and promoting from within, showcasing the incredible opportunities available within our organisation.
