Congratulations on an impressive achievement in Germany for 2024! Here's a summary of the key milestones: Renovation and Lite Touch Projects: Completion of a remarkable 100+ projects, emphasising our commitment to maintaining and upgrading the estate. New Sites: Opening three brand-new locations, marking the first New Unit Growth (NUG) in Germany since 2008—a major milestone in expansion. Brand Transformation: Transforming two-thirds of the estate to align with the new brand identity, including the integration of Ceramic XTR, which enhances the aesthetic and functional appeal of our locations. These accomplishments underscore both our growth and innovation within the market, orchestrated by managing director (DE) Carsten Karasch with project management by Marcus Detzner, design by marketing director iain White-Duncan combined with the German engineering team, operations team and many more within the German team.
