We are a community of wholesome, audacious, synergistic and powerful leaders. Join us and unleash your true being!
About us
So much is changing in our world. On one hand, we have the amazing technological and scientific progress that is enabling humanity to connect, learn and unleash its potential globally and on the other hand, we have had the side effect of globalization, rising capitalism and conflict, that has created inequity, destroyed communities, and left many hungry. We need leaders in our world today that can dream up solutions and possibilities that help us move beyond these challenges. As Albert Einstein says, “we cannot solve our problems at the same level of thinking that created them.” We need leaders to take on seemingly impossible missions that change the way the world can be ~ sustainable, equitable & abundant Imagine our world in which we have 1000 Mahatma Gandhis, Martin Luther Kings, George Washingtons, Nelson Mandelas, Albert Einsteins, Isaac Newtons, Malalas, Paul Polmans, Oprah Winfreys, Aung San Suu Kyis. We would have a world where leaders are creating innumerable possibilities; abundance for everyone without any sign of poverty, joy and peace without the debilitating impact of war and conflict and newer ways of being that appreciate our planet and people and what is available here. We need leaders that can stretch beyond their existing paradigms of thinking and not be stopped by limited perspectives. We need leaders who can expand their internal being and embrace people and bring people along with them to collectively achieve their dreams for this world. We see our role as planting seeds of greatness in leadership. Our vision is to have a million leaders in the world who have their greatness unleashed! We call this IMpossible Transformations!

A fresh take on building CXO executive presence When a leader with strong executive presence walks into a room, you sit up and take notice. They instill respect, trust and confidence among employees, peers, and stakeholders. Their influence feels natural; inspiring collaboration, driving change and clearing confusion. In high-stakes settings, they exude confidence, maintain poise, and stand out. In a world of increasing ambiguity, leaders with strong presence are more likely to be successful in guiding their ship through choppy waters. There is a saying in the fashion industry “It takes a lot of effort to be effortlessly cool”. Leading through turmoil with poise, confidence and clarity, requires a lot of effort. In two dimensions. Your inner game and your outer game. The effort in your inner game should be directed towards dropping those inner voices which hold you back, or propel you into thoughtless action or uncalled for fight or flight responses. The work on the outer game is on how you show up to the world - your communication, public presence, perspectives and so on. It’s never ‘either or’. Effort has to be on both the inner and outer dimensions. KPMG India and Impossible Transformations have joined hands to create a program #TransformYourLeadershipPresence. It’s for CXOs and aspiring CXOs to help them create their authentic and enduring leadership presence. The link to the press announcement for the collaboration is in the first comment. 👇 Sunit Sinha Maneesha Garg Gunjan Ramchandani Sunil Savara Manisha Dahad Krishna Iyer Arun Sharma Sharad Maloo Jagpreet Brar Subhro Bhattacharya Varun Kapoor #executivepresence #leadershipdevelopment #leadership

⭐ Unlocking True Leadership: Insights from BCL (Being Centered Leadership) Program ⭐💡 I had the privilege of attending the Being Centered Leadership (BCL) program, and it turned out to be an eye-opening experience. This wasn’t just another leadership seminar—it was a journey inward, helping me explore the essence of what it truly means to lead and live meaningfully. Here’s what stood out for me: The Power of Relationships: Leadership isn't just about strategies; it's about understanding people—sometimes even what’s left unsaid. This program helped me realize how crucial deep, authentic connections are. Integrity and Beyond: Living with integrity isn’t just about keeping promises; it’s about aligning our actions with our core values every single day. Ego vs. Growth: One of the hardest lessons was recognizing how often ego gets in the way of leadership. Rising above it creates space for growth, empathy, and collaboration. Gratitude: True gratitude isn’t just saying thank you—it’s living with a mindset of appreciation, acknowledging the contributions of everyone around us. Finding Purpose: Perhaps the most profound takeaway was uncovering what gives my life and work a deeper sense of purpose. It’s a compass for shaping not just my career but also my legacy as a leader. This program made me pause, reflect, and reimagine my leadership journey—not just as a skill set, but as a way of life. If you’ve ever wondered how to take your leadership to the next level, I can’t recommend programs like BCL enough. It’s not just about leading better—it’s about living better. I would like to thank Anand Bellare Narasimhan V for inspiring me to be a part of this wonderful program. In our latest In Search of Greatness episode, Hannah Kathleen (Miss International Europe 2024) and Sunil Savara had the privilege of hosting Arun Maira, former Member of the Planning Commission of India and a global authority on systems transformation. His depth of thought and commitment to creating a harmonious world left us deeply inspired. One idea stood out like a beacon: The power of localized solutions. Amidst global challenges—climate change, inequities, and social conflicts—Arun Maira underscores that the answers aren’t one-size-fits-all. Instead, they lie in empowering small, local communities to take charge of their own unique circumstances. 🌱✨ He eloquently ties this to Gandhi’s principle: true change begins not from a centralized system, but within small, self-reliant communities. This isn’t just a moral philosophy—it’s a scientific imperative, as the diversity of challenges in every region requires tailored solutions. ➡️ Watch the episode to discover how localized efforts can ignite a ripple effect of transformation: https://zurl.co/aYA4 Let’s spark a conversation: How can we contribute to solving global problems through local action in our own neighborhoods and workplaces? #Leadership #SystemsThinking #LocalSolutions #InSearchOfGreatness
