Last Friday Ofgem approved the awaited change in the MHHS programme milestone dates (Change CR055). This means that the start of the MHHS migration window has been moved to 22nd October 2025 - originally this was the 4th April 2025 - and other dates have also been moved back. IMServ is progressing well through the MHHS testing process and are on hand to support customers as they replan for the new milestones.
