💥Today I am launching a brand new hiring project. 💜We are thrilled to introduce a new partnership for In Product. We are kicking this partnership off with the hiring of an Interim Lead Product Manager. This will be a SIX month fixed term contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. The team you will be leading are based in the North East of England, therefore you will either need to be in commutable distance, or be willing to come to office on occasion. ✅ You will need to have experience as a Head of Product, or a Lead Product Manager supporting a small team of Product Managers and Designers. ✅You must have worked with SaaS products, leading migrations, with experience working with early stage products to define and drive the Product strategy. ✅This role has close exposure to the executive team, and you will need to be able to work with breadth balancing short term execution and long term vision. ✅Your role will have a direct impact on the company's direction and success of their new Digital Product offering. Our second Digital Minds - A Mental Health Hackathon was yet another success! 💜 There was heaps of passion in the room from the In Product community. ⭐Really pleased to have completed on a multi-hire Engineering project for one of our partners. ⏩The first role, was hired within 4 weeks of the Project go-live date. 🪴The final role, took a couple of iterations but our partners and I worked together to define the job brief, and at the same time as kept our candidates informed, and engaged in the process. 🚂More often than not, the real value is going on a journey with our partners and that is what I find most rewarding.
