Meet our workshop hosts for the upcoming Leaders Lab event which is happening in Manchester on Thursday 14th November. As we mentioned in our post earlier in the week, this event is a follow on from a leadership roundtable we ran earlier in the year. The topic we covered was 'Where do we Draw the line at Potential'. The takeaways from the session were phenomenal, but something was very clear there is A LOT more to be discussed and we needed to diversify the audience / contributors to allow everyone to have a voice, really look under the hood and come up with some proper solutions. This being said we've decided to ask a few of the leaders in that first session to come back and run a half day of micro-workshops so we can delve deeper in to the topic. The aim being we can share ideas, learn from one another and leave the room with some new perspectives, outlooks and tons of actionable takeaways to implement in the workplace.
