In 2022, EmpatIA set out to improve healthcare access for remote communities in Peru with a mobile AI chatbot: Avatr 🇵🇪 Through a series of six sprints, the EmpatIA team worked to answer a variety of questions, validate user needs, find hospitals and healthcare providers to deploy the tech, and implement a patient study.
