We were at Keir Hardie today, engaging with the community to shape the future of mental health support! It was fantastic to involve members of the public in the design of mental health provisions and to gather valuable feedback on what’s currently working and what can be improved. We’re listening closely to local voices as we develop our projects and it’s great to hear so many different perspectives and ideas. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to share your thoughts – your input is crucial in helping us create better mental health services for everyone. 🌟

This morning, we spent time at the Job Centre speaking with job coaches about mental health and how we can collaborate effectively to support individuals facing challenges. It was truly insightful to hear their perspectives and experiences.

🌟 Busy day for us out in the community! This afternoon, we were in Tonyrefail with the amazing team at The Lighthouse Project . We had the privilege of speaking with veterans and their families, hearing their stories and learning more about their unique experiences. A special highlight was meeting the Mayor of Pontypridd, Desmond Paul—such an honour to connect with local leaders who share our commitment to community support. Days like these remind us why we love what we do!

🧡 It was truly heartwarming to hear about the vital counselling service they provide at Signposted Cymru today and the incredible support they offer to those in mental health distress. The dedication and compassion that Signposted Cymru brings to their work is truly admirable and it’s clear they’re making a real difference to the lives of so many. Looking forward to working together and bringing about positive change in the mental health of the community.

Seeing the incredible work going on to benefit members of the community is really inspiring and we are proud to be able to lend our support to people at the Town Centre Hub today.

People with learning disabilities and neurodivergent people face unique challenges in navigating the social landscape. Meeting Mencap Cymru at today's event really reinforced the importance of talking with people who have learning disabilities about the mental health challenges they face.
